Introduction
The need for establishing such a federation in the region arose due to the fact that the continent contains amateurs and practitioners of this sport. The Bowling Federation of Africa ( BFA ) was established on the date of the first general assembly of the federation on 4/4/2018 in Cairo, the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Consequently, the International Bowling Federation’s laws and regulations were followed in adopting the rules and requirements needed for the sport of bowling
Our Vision
The goal of the BFA is to improve the standard of the sport both locally and internationally, as well as to encourage more African nations who do not currently have a bowling federation to join the Bowling Federation of Africa.
In addition to helping bowlers communicate effectively with one another and build strong relationships among themselves and their respective federations
